A school in Northampton is seeking a reliable and professional Coach Driver to join their team on an ongoing basis. With split shifts across mornings and afternoons, this position offers routine, stability, and a great work-life balance. What You'll Be Doing: Safely transporting students to and from school and school-related activities Carrying out daily vehicle safety and compliance checks Ensuring all safeguarding and road safety procedures are followed Maintaining a professional, calm, and friendly manner with students and staff Reporting any vehicle defects or incidents in line with school procedures Collecting and returning the coach/minibus to the school site daily Working Hours: Morning Shift: 6:30am - 9:00am Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm - 6:00pm Total: 5 hours per day (term-time only) On-site parking is available for your own vehicle during shifts.
